Junior FP&A

Homzmart is Egypt's marketplace for furniture and home goods, connecting customers with the manufacturers, brands and workshops that make them. We own the full experience from discovery through to delivery.

1. Financial Planning & Performance Analysis

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Monitor actual performance vs budget and targets, identifying key variances and their drivers.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and dashboards covering revenue, margins, marketing spend, and profitability.
• Analyze profitability and business performance by SKU, category, sales channel, and payment method.

2. Pricing & Promotions Analysis

• Validate pricing updates and promotions to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved financial targets.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Marketing to ensure all required inputs and approvals are obtained before prices go live.
• Monitor SKU-level price changes and flag unusual movements, margin risks, or potential financial impacts.

3. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain and update financial models, trackers, and reporting files.

• Prepare recurring performance reports and support the automation and improvement of existing reporting processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different reporting sources.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–1 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.

• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and other analytical formulas.

• Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with large datasets and manage multiple deadlines

• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
