Are you a junior developer who loves building applications with Claude Code and AI coding tools?

Solve Outsource Inc. is looking for a hands-on Junior Full-Stack & AI Developer to help build web applications, automate business processes, and improve internal systems using AI-assisted development.

Work directly with our Director and an experienced engineer who will provide technical guidance and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test web applications using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Help rebuild our task management system and contribute to our client portal and employee app.
• Support SharePoint migration and data management.
• Build workflow automations to reduce manual tasks.
• Test AI-generated code, use Git, and follow coding standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of development experience or a strong project portfolio.
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, basic SQL, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to test and debug AI-generated code.
• Good English communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Bonus: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, SharePoint, n8n, Power Automate, or Azure.
