What they need
If you are a junior in title. This role is for you. Please read before applying.
We’re looking for a talented developer who may currently be in a junior role but is ready to step into a Lead Full-Stack Developer position - with broader responsibilities, the autonomy to shape technical decisions and meaningful ownership of a product.
You do not need a senior title or ten years of experience. We’re interested in what you have built, how you approach problems and whether you’re ready to take responsibility for something bigger.
You’ll work directly with the founder, help shape the product and drive its technical development, with the opportunity to grow.
What we’re building
The project helps recruitment firms identify potential clients earlier, win more business and grow revenue. Our MVP is ready, with test users already involved—but it is only one part of the wider vision.
Our ambition is to build a comprehensive recruitment platform combining hiring intelligence, an applicant tracking system (ATS) and client relationship management (CRM). We want you involved in shaping and developing it from the outset.
We see your role as much more than implementing features. We welcome your ideas, want you driving key technical decisions and will give you ownership of how the platform evolves.
What you’ll work on
- Build features end to end: from database design and backend logic to frontend interfaces, testing and deployment.
- Develop the platform beyond the MVP: help build the foundations of our recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system.
- Connect the product: integrate external APIs, data sources and AI-powered functionality into practical workflows for recruiters.
- Lead technical decisions: shape the architecture, establish development practices, improve reliability and help decide how we build—not just what we build.
You’ll understand the business problems behind the features and see how users respond to your work. We want someone who asks questions, challenges ideas constructively and thinks about the product—not just the code.
What we’re looking for
- Practical full-stack experience. Around 1-3 years is a useful guide, but the quality of your work matters more. Commercial projects, freelance work and substantial products you have built yourself all count.
- Experience with modern web development. You have worked with TypeScript or JavaScript, React and a backend framework such as NestJS, Ruby on Rails or similar. You are also comfortable working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience shipping software. You understand Git, APIs, testing and deployment, and have built applications beyond tutorials.
- Independence and clear communication. You can break down a problem, propose a solution, ask useful questions and take a feature through to completion.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms or AI integrations is welcome, but you do not need to know every tool before joining. An interest in UX, product design and making complex workflows easy to use would also be valuable.
Other offers great for you!
