Requirements

We’re looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer with strong fundamentals, discipline, ownership, and willingness to learn.

• 0–3 years of software development experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant projects are welcome
• Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js and/or Python
• Database: PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Understand REST APIs
• Familiar with Git / GitHub
• Basic understanding of Docker
• Understand SDLC
• Basic understanding of CI/CD
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum
• Able to debug, research, and solve problems independently
• Responsible for assigned work and agreed deadlines
• Disciplined and able to manage your own time
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Experience with Odoo, ERPNext, or Frappe Framework is an advantage.

Knowledge of Next.js, FastAPI, Express/NestJS, Linux, Cloud, automated testing, Data, AI, or DevOps is also a plus.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain web applications and business systems
• Develop frontend with React + Tailwind CSS
• Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js / Python
• Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Work with Docker and development environments
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Use Git branches, pull requests, and code reviews
• Participate across the full SDLC
• Support testing, deployment, and CI/CD
• Debug and improve existing applications
• Contribute to Odoo / ERPNext / Frappe projects
• Work with developers, PMs, Business Analysts, and business teams
