Junior Full-Stack Developer (Contract - Outsource)

United Information Highway (part of Benchachinda Holding Co., Ltd.), a leading provider of IT and communication technology solutions, is seeking a full-stack developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on project-based development, integrating customer-specific requirements, customizing core product modules, and ensuring high-quality delivery for implementation projects.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement customized software features, modules, and system integrations based on client requirements.
• Work across the full stack—building REST APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces—using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to translate BRDs, FSDs, and solution designs into working software and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Ensure smooth integration between product modules and customer systems through aligned architecture and secure coding practices (OWASP, secure-by-design).
• Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and create unit and integration tests to support QA during SIT and UAT.
• Provide technical estimates, feasibility assessments, and recommendations throughout the solution and design phases.
• Support deployments, configurations, and handover activities to service operations teams.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, integration, and post-deployment, including performance tuning.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, API documents, and deployment guides.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, coding standards, and reusable components, and share expertise with peers or junior developers when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of work experience as a business analyst or system analyst in related fields
• Experience in these kinds of software development methodologies: AGILE, SCRUM, and Mobile Application
• Experience in conceptual and logical data modeling
• Understanding of data structures, data flow, and data mapping across systems
• Ability to analyze data requirements to support business reporting and analytics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data, BI, and development teams
• Ability to communicate and work closely with stakeholders to clarify the solutions
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solutions
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate idea generation and turn ideas into design, action, and final products
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
