Job Title: Junior Funding Advisor (Intake Specialist)

Job Type: Full-Time / Onsite Paid in USD

Compensation: $600 – $800 USD / month + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Are you a high-energy, fluent English speaker with a strong background in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Funding Advisor to join our growing business loan team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small-to-medium business owners who have applied for financing. Your goal is to build immediate rapport, guide applicants through the initial onboarding phase, collect all required documentation, and hand off fully qualified files to our Senior Funding Advisors to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Promptly contact inbound business owners who have applied for a business loan.

Document Collection: Educate applicants on required files (e.g., bank statements, tax documents, ID, business info) and follow up persistently to collect them.

Pre-Qualification: Conduct initial calls to verify business details, funding urgency, and overall fit.

Seamless Handoff: Organize completed files and transfer warm, fully documented leads to Senior Funding Advisors for final underwriting and closing.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate notes, deal stages, and applicant records in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluent English Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are mandatory. You must be comfortable conducting fluent, persuasive phone conversations with US-based business owners.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, lead qualification, or outbound/inbound phone operations (telemarketing, SDR, or financial intake experience preferred).

Strong Organization: Excellent time management and persistent follow-up skills to keep applicants moving through the pipeline.

Driven & Goal-Oriented: A competitive mindset motivated by closed deals and uncapped commission potential.

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with CRMs, VoIP phone systems, and digital document management tools.

Base Salary: $600 – $800 USD per month (based on experience).
