Your Role

As a Junior Funding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking capital. You’ll guide prospects through the early stages of the funding process—building rapport, understanding their needs, and positioning the right solutions.

This is a high-activity, high-impact role where you’ll speak with motivated business owners daily, giving you valuable exposure to real-world business operations and financial decision-making.

You won’t be chasing leads—we provide them. Your job is to convert interest into opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and follow-up leads provided daily

Build trust with business owners and identify their funding needs

Clearly explain funding options and the overall process

Qualify prospects and collect required documentation

Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools

Partner with closers to ensure smooth handoff and successful funding

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

What You Bring

Experience in phone-based sales (B2B preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Financial services or MCA experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

On-target earnings up to $90,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding expectations
