Junior Graphic Designer

Hiring Alert - Junior Graphic Designer

At MoveInSync, we turn operational chaos into clarity. For FY27, we're scaling our design practice to match our ambitionbuilding systems that let us demo compellingly, move fast, and scale across dozens of client configurations without friction.

We're on the hunt for:

Junior Graphic Designer (1–2 yrs)

You'll:

• Own reference archetype templates and seam maps so our story lands consistently across all customer contexts
• Build modular component systems that compress design iteration time
• Shape how our product shows up in demos, decks, and customer handoffs
• Partner with me to embed triage and systems thinking into design practice
• Ship velocity—speed and craft matter equally

We're looking for people who:

• Understand systems thinking (modules, seams, invariants—not combinatorial chaos)
• See demos as design problems, not just slide decks
• Move fast and iterate (perfect is the enemy of shipped)
• Ask "why" before "how" (you want the mental model, not the task list)
• Own problems end-to-end and drive your own growth
