Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt creative materials for digital and print platforms, including social media, e-commerce, flyers, brochures, POSM, banners, EDMs, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with a basic understanding of print production requirements.
• Support e-commerce campaigns by designing promotional banners, product visuals, and marketplace assets.
• Assist in creating social media content and digital marketing materials.
• Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure artwork specifications are met and production runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative Team to deliver projects on time.
• Support ad-hoc creative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, or fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of print artwork preparation and production is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media and e-commerce design.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI).
• Basic photography or photo retouching skills.
