Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

ANTEPRIMA is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key supporting role in creating premium visual content for our social media channels, e-commerce platforms, and retail campaigns. This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across various creative areas, assisting with daily graphic design, photo retouching, and basic video editing. We are looking for a highly collaborative team player with 1–3 years of creative experience, excellent time-management skills, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

·         Handle video editing, graphic design, and production for marketing collateral, advertising and social media.

·         Responsible for product photography, retouching, and editing.

·         Create social media content (static visuals, short-form videos/reels)

·         Support a Senior Designer with all design and artwork request.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree holder in Design/ Graphic Design/ Creative Media or related field

·         1 – 3 years of solid experience in related industries or a creative agency, including online/offline production and video editing.

·         Proficiency in Adobe applications, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a must.

·         Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.

·         Experience with AI tools is a plus.

·         Experience in printing processes, and POSM production.

·         Hands-on experience in social media content design is advantageous.

·         Ability to assist multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

·         A positive, proactive team player with strong collaboration skills across both creative and non-creative teams.

·         Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
