Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing team to produce visual content across a variety of brands and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Designing social media graphics, digital advertisements, marketing materials and campaign assets
• Creating layouts for brochures, presentations, reports and other marketing collateral
• Working within existing brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across designs
• Preparing and resizing creative assets for different digital platforms and formats
• Supporting the team with day to day design requirements across multiple client accounts
• Making design amendments based on internal and client feedback
• Managing multiple design tasks while meeting agreed deadlines
• Checking your own work carefully for layout, spelling, alignment, sizing and overall visual consistency

About you

• Comfortable working with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Has a good eye for design, layout, typography and visual consistency
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can follow creative briefs and brand guidelines accurately
• Is organised and able to work within deadlines
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Is open to feedback and willing to learn
• Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
• Takes ownership of their work and asks questions when something isn't clear
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing will be an advantage
