Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and social media platforms.
Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with the company s brand identity.
Design social media posts, campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets.
Develop fresh and creative ideas for visual content and campaigns.
Adapt designs into different formats and sizes based on platform requirements.
Maintain consistency across all visual materials and brand communications.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
Stay updated on current design trends and creative best practices.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong creativity and a good eye for composition, typography, color, and layout.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take feedback and make revisions effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Genuine enthusiasm for design, creativity, and continuous learning.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
