Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Work on design jobs and liaise with sales persons in Singapore & Malaysia and external printing companies in Malaysia. Follow up on shipments and orders to ensure delivery schedules are met. Work closely with other departments to ensure all printing jobs are executed smoothly and successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Work on design jobs and liaise with sales persons in Singapore & Malaysia and external printing companies in Malaysia
• Follow up on shipments and orders to ensure delivery schedules are met
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all printing jobs are executed smoothly and successfully
• Assist marketing department in marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities including exhibitions, newsletters, social media posts, media advertisements, catalogues, website, email marketing, posters, showroom display, press releases, and videos.
• Collaborate with marketing department to establish creative digital marketing strategies to keep up with customers' buying behavior and new trends in the market
• Design of marketing collaterals such as flyers, website, catalogue
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Animation/Motion Graphics, or equivalent
• Have effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in final designs
• Experience in the apparel industry is advantageous
• Experience in using Adobe AI & Tracing
