Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to create digital marketing materials, brand assets, and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Campaign Assets: Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, display ads, and websites.
• Branding & Presentations: Create brand assets (logos, style guides) and client pitch decks/case studies.
• Video Content: Edit short-form reels and videos for digital platforms.
• Performance Design: Optimize visuals for engagement, conversions, and ad performance.
• Teamwork & Feedback: Collaborate with account managers and strategists, incorporate feedback, and keep design files organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates or entry-level applicants with a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio required demonstrating creative visual design and video editing skills (academic, project, or freelance work).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects), Canva, and/or CapCut.
• Basic video editing skills: Knowledge of short-form video creation (e.g., TikToks, Reels, Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate around or near Makati City
