Junior Graphic Designer

· Prepare designs, logo placements and product mock-ups for T-shirts, polo shirts, corporate uniforms, premium gifts, promotional merchandise and the company’s own products.

· Complete assigned design work within the given timeframe and check all artwork thoroughly to ensure accuracy before submission.

· Communicate with customers and sales team to clarify requirements and ensure artwork matches the quotation, agreed specifications and customer requirements.

· Make artwork amendments accurately, ensuring all requested changes are completed before resubmission.

· Preserve customers’ approved logos, colours and proportions, and obtain approval before changing any brand elements.

· Obtain customer confirmation of the final artwork and the required internal approval before releasing files for production.

· Prepare production-ready artwork for printing, embroidery and heat-transfer processes under the guidance of the supervisor or senior designer.

· Maintain organised records of design work, artwork versions, customer approvals and final production files.

· Maintain and periodically update the company website, Facebook and Instagram with approved product information and promotional content.

· Design and distribute the company’s weekly newsletter using approved content and mailing lists.

· Prepare embroidery tapes/files according to approved artwork and production specifications, with training and supervision where required.

· Operate the dye-sublimation machine after appropriate training, following production instructions, operating procedures and safety requirements.

· Coordinate with the sales and production teams, and report unclear instructions, delays or mistakes promptly.

· Assist with catalogues, labels, packaging and other design-related duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,567.72 - RM3,371.59 per month
