Junior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in shaping our digital brand presence through compelling visual storytelling. You will create engaging static and animated content for e-commerce, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and livestream initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about motion graphics, video editing, animation, and graphic design, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through impactful visual experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic design, motion graphics, animations, and video content to support online marketing and branding initiatives.
• Design engaging visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, online stores, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Edit and produce promotional videos, product showcases, reels, short-form content, and motion-based marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling visual storytelling that enhances customer engagement.
• Develop animated graphics, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects to elevate digital campaigns and brand communications.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative assets according to campaign timelines.
• Perform quality checks on all visual and multimedia materials before publication to ensure accuracy and excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics, animated content, short-form videos, and engaging digital visuals.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, typography, composition, and digital design trends.
• Ability to create content optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and livestream channels.
• Experience with photography, videography, or basic video production would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends, particularly on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia projects is required.
