Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our fast-paced, high-performing creative studio.

We’re a team of 20+ strategists, designers and developers working with an exciting mix of clients across branding, digital, campaigns and communications. From ambitious challenger brands to established national and international businesses, we create work that’s thoughtful, beautifully crafted and built to perform.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful creative work in a collaborative, ambitious environment where ideas are valued and designers are trusted with real ownership. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, helping shape projects from early concepts through to polished execution.

We want a designer who brings ideas to the table, thinks strategically, cares deeply about craft and detail, and is excited by the intersection of design, motion, storytelling and digital experiences.

If you’re fluent in graphic and motion design, highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut) and excited to create standout work across brands, campaigns and digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality graphic design work across branding, digital, social, presentations, campaigns and communications
• Create video edits and motion design for social media and digital platforms
• Bring brands to life through motion, animation and storytelling
• Contribute to creative concepts and collaborate with senior designers, strategists and creative director
• Help push the studio creatively through curiosity, experimentation and attention to detail
• Stay on top of emerging trends, tools and technologies, including AI-assisted creative workflows

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in an agency or creative environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating originality, craft and strategic thinking
• Great video editing and animation skills for Social Media
• Strong understanding of Social Media language
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout construction, video pacing and visual storytelling
• Confidence working across both static and motion design
• A proactive, agile mindset with a desire to keep learning and evolving
• Figma and UI/UX knowledge is a strong advantage
• Fluent English
