Junior Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day design requirements of Our Medical Centre Naseem Healthcare across digital, social media, print and promotional communication. The candidate should be capable of taking approved concepts and briefs and independently developing high-quality creative outputs across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, stories and carousel designs
• Design digital advertisements and promotional creatives
• Develop posters, flyers, brochures and other marketing materials
• Adapt campaign key visuals into different formats
• Create artwork for branch and departmental requirements
• Design presentation slides and corporate communication materials
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production
• Resize and adapt creative materials for different platforms
• Work with existing brand guidelines and design systems
• Make artwork revisions based on feedback
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines
• Coordinate with the Senior Designer and Head of Branding & Advertising
• Maintain organised working files and final artwork
• Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, alignment and branding

Required Skills

• Good understanding of graphic design principles
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Good visual judgement
• Ability to understand and execute creative briefs
• Good knowledge of:

o Photoshop

o Illustrator

o InDesign

o Premier pro

• Knowledge of social media design requirements
• Basic knowledge of print production
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Experience in advertising, healthcare, corporate, hospitality or agency environments will be

an advantage.
