We are a fast-growing laser cutting/printing company specialising in the events industry located in Padstow, Sydney, NSW. We are looking for a Junior Graphic designer to join our design team. This position will also include social media work so knowledge in that field would also be highly regarded. The position is currently based on a full time or part time basis

Job description

• Design graphic files in Adobe Illustrator
• Prepare files for laser cutting and printing
• Working closely with Senior graphic designers, admin and production team
• Posting and captioning on all social media platforms ie instagram and tik tok
• planning Instagram and tik tok feeds
• some occasional video editing may also be involved
• Occasional shopify website maintenance may be required

Requirements

• Knowledge in Adobe Suite in particular Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop essential
• Experience in Social Media platforms instagram and tik tok preferred
• Experience in Shopify website preferred
• Own transport
• Quick learner
• Team player
• Be organised and complete set tasks in a timely manner
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Can take initiative and be creative in design work
• Work well under tight schedules
