Junior Graphic Designer

Cybolink Digital Solutions is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative production team. You will work on social media creatives, digital campaigns, marketing materials and visual content for a variety of international clients and brands.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good eye for design, is creative and detail-oriented, and wants to build their experience in a professional digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, stories, banners, ads and digital creatives.
• Design marketing materials for different digital platforms and client requirements.
• Develop designs based on creative briefs, brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
• Work with the content and social media teams to develop visual content.
• Make design revisions based on feedback from the creative and account teams.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual style.
• Organise design files and assets properly.
• Assist senior designers with larger campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated with current design, social media and visual communication trends.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and layout.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to create designs for social media and digital platforms.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Understanding of digital advertising creatives.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
• Interest in current design and social media trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
