Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

At Photobook Worldwide, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to help bring creative ideas to life, primarily across our digital e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in modern design software, basic familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, and an eagerness to learn how AI can elevate creative workflows. Working closely with senior designers and marketing teams, you will convert written concepts into eye-catching visual assets from social posts to emailers, while actively experimenting with new AI-assisted design techniques to speed up asset creation and push creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team by designing assets for digital media, including emailers, Google Ads, web banners, social media posts, and promotional graphics.
• Apply and maintain established brand guidelines across all assigned projects to ensure visual consistency.
• Assist in developing design concepts, selecting appropriate typography, colors, layout structures, and imagery.
• Take direction from the Head of Creative, incorporating feedback quickly to refine work and meet project deadlines.
• Stay curious and continuously test emerging AI tools, creative tech trends, and digital design best practices.

Requirement:

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in digital graphic design

Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Technical tools : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar graphic design software, combined with basic familiarity in Figma, AI-assisted tools, and an eagerness to learn new AI technology.

Soft Skills : Strong eye for detail, receptive to feedback, good time management, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technology.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
