About Us

Eatz Group is an established and growing F&B group with multiple brands and concepts, including catering and food service operations. As a MUIS Halal-certified group, we serve a wide and diverse customer base, and our brands need design work that is consistent, appealing and practical to produce.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who enjoys making things and wants to grow quickly. You will produce day-to-day design work across our brands, including social media posts, menus, posters and product labels, working from our brand guidelines with guidance from the marketing team. This is a hands-on role where your work goes into print and online quickly, and a good starting point for someone building a career in brand and F&B design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets such as social media posts, eDMs and website banners, using existing brand guidelines and templates
• Design and adapt print collaterals such as menus, flyers, posters and product labels
• Resize and adapt campaign key visuals across formats and platforms
• Prepare print-ready artwork and check proofs before production
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and Instagram Stories
• Assist with product and food photography for menus and social media
• Keep the brand asset library and design templates organized and up to date
• Support the marketing team on campaigns, launches and events, including on-site support when needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Up to 2 years of graphic design experience(internships count); fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• A portfolio showing your design work (school projects are fine)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign and Canva are a plus
• A good eye for layout, typography and colour
• Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to juggle several jobs to deadline

Good to have

• Basic video editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Interest in photography or food styling
• Interest in F&B and lifestyle brands

What We Offer

• Monthly salary of $2,600 – $3,100, commensurate with experience and portfolio
• Staff lunch provided
• Hands-on exposure to multiple F&B brands, product launches and campaigns
• A friendly, collaborative team where your work goes into production quickly
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm |Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm
