Junior Graphic Designer

Our client, a creative advertising agency, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join their team.

Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of creative visual content for a variety of client campaigns across digital and traditional media. This role involves translating creative briefs into engaging designs while ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and alignment with campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about graphic design, advertising, and emerging digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital, social media, print, and other advertising platforms.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative team to develop and execute campaign concepts.
• Assist in the design of logos, brand identities, layouts, and other visual communication materials.
• Edit and retouch photographs, videos, and digital assets as needed.
• Ensure all creative materials align with client brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
• Review creative briefs and project requirements to ensure accurate execution of design assignments.
• Prepare and adapt artwork for multiple formats, platforms, and production specifications.
• Support the development of visual concepts, selecting appropriate typography, imagery, colors, and layouts.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining creative consistency and meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with graphic design trends, social media platforms, and emerging creative technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, advertising, or a related creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of photo editing and video editing.
• Understanding of print production requirements and digital design specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• A professional portfolio showcasing graphic design projects and creative work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an advertising or creative agency.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
