We’re looking for a fresh graduate who is confident in starting conversations, following up with potential leads, and communicating professionally.

Your Responsibilities:

* Cold outreach through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and messages

* Regular follow-ups with potential leads

* Maintaining outreach records and tracking responses

* Scheduling meetings with interested prospects

* Keeping conversations active and moving them forward

Who We’re Looking For:

* Fresh graduates with business development background

* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

* Confidence in approaching new people

* Good follow-up skills and consistency

* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Sheets

* Someone proactive, organized, and willing to learn

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Position: Junior Growth manager

We don’t expect years of experience, but we do expect good communication, consistency, and the confidence to reach out to people.

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
