Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for guest requests, service, feedbacks and concerns
Work within Front Desk and F&B area in ensuring seamless delivery of guest service-Manage daily Check-in, Check-out, managing breakfas &The Lounge, etc.
Coordinate special ad-hoc arrangements for guests.
Curate and recommend local activities, dining, and cultural experiences.
Deliver personalized guest experiences.
