What you will be doing:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Set up computers, user accounts, and applications
• Document support requests and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and common office software
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in learning and growing in IT
