Junior HR Admin Executive

Human Resources Tasks

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll preparation, attendance, and leave tracking
• Help coordinate training, staff development, and performance appraisals
• Prepare basic HR reports and analytics

Administrative Tasks

• Handle general office admin (filing, documentation, office supplies)
• Support day-to-day HR compliance and policy implementation
• Assist with employee queries and communications
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
