Loom Talent are partnering with a large blue collar organisation looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Advisor to join their team!

This is a fantastic role for someone looking for that step up from HR Assistant/Officer to HR Advisor level, suiting someone who would like to take the next step in their HR career to gain hands on experience across a broad range of HR responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to day-to-day HR activities, projects and initiatives that support both the business and colleagues.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure seamless HR support to the business unit.
• Assisting with lower-level employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances
• Answering all first line queries, managing HR inboxes and giving sound HR advice.
• Assisting with updates of HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a HR Coordinator/Assistant/Administrator role
• Some understanding or exposure to employee relations
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• CIPD Level 3 qualified preferred
