Junior HR & Admin Executive ( HRDF 行政人员)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and administer both in-house and public training programmes, including sourcing suitable training programmes, managing registrations, arranging venues, maintaining training records, preparing HRD Corp grant applications and claims, and responding to HRD Corp-related enquiries when required.

2.Provide HR & administrative support and other necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth daily operation of the company.

3.Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 year or more of experience in HR Generalist, HR & Administration or a related role will have an added advantage.

3. Proactive, responsible and independent, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

5. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common HR will be an added advantage.
