Junior HR & Admin Officer (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Junior HR & Admin Officer for the night shift.

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000/month, depending on experience
Shift: Night 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 6 days/week
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi (on-site)

What you’ll own

• Recruitment support: handle WhatsApp leads, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews
• Onboarding: prepare and maintain joining documents and employee files
• Attendance, leaves and employee records
• Admin tasks: handle day-to-day office administration
• Be the first point of contact for staff on HR and admin matters
• Keep HR files and daily admin running smoothly

What you bring

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment or admin
• Graduate, or in the final years of a degree
• Clear written and spoken communication (English and Urdu)
• Ability to work independently at night, with a reliable commute
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
