Junior HR Assistant

We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support our HR team with day-to-day

administrative tasks and employee support activities. This is a great opportunity for

Responsibilities:

▪ Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

▪ Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

▪ Assist with payroll administration and employee data management.

▪ Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR administrative support.

▪ Prepare HR-related letters, forms, and other documentation.

▪ Support the team with general HR projects and administrative tasks.

▪ Ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.

Requirements:

▪ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related

field.

▪ Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

▪ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits:

▪ Base Salary: 1000€/ month

▪ Meal Allowance: 6€/ work day

▪ Transportation Allowance: 40€ / month

▪ Work model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office weekly
