Junior HR Associate

Remote | Part-Time | Student Job | 0–2 Years Experience

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is a student-friendly, part-time opportunity, ideal for students who are currently studying and want to gain practical experience in HR while continuing their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll inputs and basic HR administration.
• Support employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives.
• Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of HR, recruitment, internship, or administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of Indian payroll, including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Basic Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good communication, organisation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• HRMS/recruitment platform experience is an advantage.
