Junior HR

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and trackers.
• Support employee onboarding and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers using MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
• Assist the HR team with attendance, documentation, and general HR coordination.
• Support various HR activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of basic HR processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the HR domain are preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
