Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and salary-related data.
• Collect employee documents and manage joining and exit formalities.
• Follow up with employees for daily work plans and end-of-day reports.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle employee coordination, HR administration, and daily reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
