Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates (site engineers, draftsmen, architects, and administrative staff) through job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Onboarding: Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and orientation for new hires.
• Database Management: Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking systems.
• Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of office events, team gatherings, and general employee welfare initiatives.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day HR queries and assist the HR Manager with reports and documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related degree.
• 0 to 6 months of internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Gujarati/Hindi).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
