Job Title: Junior HR Generalist

Location: Abu Dhabi,

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, staff accommodation, and government relations (PRO coordination) for our Abu Dhabi operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee File Management: Maintain complete digital and physical employee files, track document expiries (visas, Emirates IDs), and manage onboarding/offboarding.

Camp Coordination: Oversee staff accommodations, manage room allocations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi health and safety rules.

PRO Coordination: Partner with the company PRO to prepare and track visa applications, labor contracts, renewals, and medical/biometrics schedules.

Team Support: Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, grievances, and leave management.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator.

Experience managing labor camps or working in sectors like construction, contracting, or facilities management is preferred.

Solid understanding of Labor Law and Abu Dhabi government regulations.

Strong communication skills in English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
