Junior HR Recruiter

A growing organization is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist CVs against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support preparation of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and recruitment reports.
• Assist with job posting and recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment/HR experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
