Junior HR Shared Services Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our team in Costa Rica. This entry-level position is ideal for a university student or recent graduate with a passion for HR and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment. You will play a key role in supporting our HR operations by handling transactional processes and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain employee data in our HR systems (Workday).
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, processing terminations, and managing changes to employee information.
• Customer Service: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• B2 English level.
• Open to both experienced and entry level candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
