Junior HRO Specialist with German (Various Paths)

We are launching a new international HR operations projec t and building a dedicated team from scratch .We are looking for German-speaking specialist s to join us across 3 key HR areas

Payroll & Time (Pre/Post Payroll, Benefits)

• Support payroll processes for Germany (pre & post payroll)
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with German tax & social security regulations
• Manage employee data in SAP

Employee Lifecycle & L&D

• Manage hire-to-retire processes (contracts, changes, terminations)
• Maintain HR data and documentation
• Support learning processes (LMS, training coordination)
• Handle employee queries

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes
• Post job ads and manage sourcing channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers

Our requirements

• 0–3+ years of experience in HR / Payroll / Recruitment / Administration
• Very good German (B2+/C1) and good English
• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Finance or similar)
• Experience with MS Office (Excel)
