Junior Human Resource Associate (Fixed-Term)

Responsibilities:

• Manages end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
• Posts job vacancies on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
• Reviews resumes, schedules interviews, and conducts initial phone screenings.
• Supports HR operations such as employee records management, onboarding, documentation, and other tasks to ensure smooth daily processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRA certification is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of HR or recruitment-related experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and time management to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes.
• Able to assess candidates effectively and communicate clearly.
• Willing to be assigned or relocate in Llano Road, Caloocan City.
