Location: Tampa, FL

Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

Ray Thomas is partnering with a leading national law firm seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support its HR systems and reporting team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc data requests and prepare scheduled reports for HR teams, including Recruiting and Compensation
• Present data clearly and accurately
• Troubleshoot HR system issues and resolve help desk tickets
• Assist with data audits, testing, and validation
• Maintain system documentation and support process improvements

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Workday or comparable HRIS experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources, or business administration
• Basic understanding of HRIS functional areas
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information
• Excel, data analysis, and audit experience preferred
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Prior law firm experience is not required
