Junior Human Resources (Junior HR)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily HR administrative duties, documentation, and filing.
2. Update, maintain, and organize HR records, documents, and related reports.
3. Assist in managing and maintaining HR forms, spreadsheets, and employee records.
4. Assist in matters related to foreign workers' work permits and relevant documentation.
5. Assist in recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate coordination, interview arrangements, and related documentation.
6. Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
3. Experience in handling foreign worker work permits or related documentation will be an advantage.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
5. Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
