Are you looking to build a solid career in the HVAC industry? A-1 HVAC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated HVAC Installer’s 2nd Hand to join our team! If you have at least 1 year of HVAC experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, and A/C units
• Support lead installers with tools, materials, and job site prep
• Learn on the job and gain valuable HVAC skills
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 1 year of HVAC experience
✔ Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
