Junior HVAC Service Tech/ Apprentice (Growth-Track)

Job Summary:

WorryFree Home Services is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our Buffalo operations. You are the face of the company. Your mission is to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial climate systems while providing the highest level of property protection in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Diagnostics: Identify and repair failures in furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers with 100% accuracy.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute comprehensive system tune-ups to maximize efficiency and prevent future failures.
• Client Education: Clearly explain technical issues to homeowners and provide options for repair or replacement without high-pressure tactics.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements to ensure long-term property protection.
• The Standard: Maintain a pristine service vehicle and follow all "WorryFree" property protection protocols (mats, booties, site cleanup).

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of residential/commercial HVAC service experience.
• Certifications: EPA 608 Universal Certification required. NATE or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, and airflow dynamics.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, actionable solutions for clients.
