JUNIOR INDIRECT PROCUREMENT (SERVICE CONTRACT)

DESCRIPTION

Vendor Sourcing & Management

• Search, evaluate, and select reliable vendors for indirect goods and services.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of existing vendors (quality, delivery time, SLA).
• Maintain professional relationships with key suppliers.

Sourcing & Contracting

• Receive and clarify Purchase Requests (PRs) from internal departments.
• Request quotes (RFQ/RFP), negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions.
• Draft, review, and finalize purchase contracts and Purchase Orders (POs).

Operations & Cost Optimization

• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and proper service acceptance.
• Proactively identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, focusing on Indirect categories.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracts and legal terms.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Attributes: High integrity, detail-oriented, accountable, and organized.

• Working time: Monday - Friday (8:30AM – 5:30PM)
