Junior Industrial Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience or On-the-Job Training (OJT) during college
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, time and motion studies, process mapping, and supply chain management.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments.

Job Summary:

• Performs an industrial engineering-related work that assures process supply capability by studying the process capacity, efficiency, SOPs, allocation of support requirements such as manpower and container requirements.
• Assists in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies
• Conducts Motion and Time Study and Leadtime analysis
• Conducts process time studies on equipment
• Optimizes operator methods, workplace layouts
• Executes equipment productivity for improvement plans
• Understands health and safety requirements
• Conducts special studies and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Measures and reports equipment capacity levels
• Establishes capacity planning to support manufacturing
• Develops manufacturing standard work flow and standard operating procedures
