• Support clients with their insurance needs and policy enquiries
• Assist in sourcing and comparing insurance options
• Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
• Prepare documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Provide support to senior brokers

Junior Claims Executive

• Assist clients through the claims process from lodgement to resolution
• Communicate with insurers, clients, and third parties
• Manage claims documentation and provide timely updates
• Support resolution of claims queries and issues
• Deliver a high level of client service during claims

About You

• Strong customer service or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in building a career in insurance
• Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential
