Junior Integration & Deployment Engineer

We are looking for an early-career Systems / Software Integration & Deployment Engineer to join our team deploying mission-critical security and infrastructure protection systems across the country.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between software builds, database configurations, and physical security hardware (controllers, sensors, cameras, and access systems). You will take projects from the engineering lab through onsite deployment and commissioning.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy & Integrate: Configure and commission integrated software and hardware solutions, including servers, access control systems, surveillance hardware, and edge network devices.
• Troubleshoot Complex Systems: Diagnose real-time issues across the entire stack, hardware interfaces, network connectivity, OS configuration, and database queries.
• Support Builds & Data: Work with SQL to query, manipulate, and validate data during system setup and software deployment.
• Own Project Milestones: Participate in system design reviews, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and live onsite client implementations.
• Travel & Deliver: Travel roughly 25% of the time to client facilities to lead technical rollouts, commissioning, and validation.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline) preferred, with 1–3 years of hands-on experience (or strong internship/capstone project exposure).
• Hardware + Software Integration: Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting systems where physical hardware interfaces with software and networks (cameras, card readers, controllers, robotics, AV, or industrial automation).

Technical Toolkit:

• Solid grasp of Windows environments and fundamental networking (IP addressing, subnets, routers, switches).
• Working knowledge of SQL (running queries, managing data tables).
• Exposure to Visual Studio, Git, or C/C++/C# (specifically reading/debugging code) is a big plus.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You take initiative when documentation is light, enjoy digging into root causes, and work well both independently and shoulder-to-shoulder with clients.

Logistics: Comfortable with an in-office working environment and willing to travel ~25% for field deployments.
