Junior Interior Designer

Leach Jr, & Associates Limited (SL+A) is Award Winning Architecture & Interior Design Consultancy based in South East Asia with 13 offices in 8 countries included Bangkok.  SL+A Bangkokspecialize in the design and implementation of Corporate Offices, Institutional, Hospitality, Retails and Residential projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Intermediate Interior Designer will be responsible for contributing to the design process, developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Designers and project teams to develop design concepts and strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials, including sketches, renderings, and sample boards.
• Produce detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software.
• Participate in the development of design budgets and schedules.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in work place and/or hospitality interior design. – Newly Graduated also welcome
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
