Junior Internal Auditor

Position Overview:

Supports the internal audit team in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance, and risk

management processes within the organization. This role involves conducting audit procedures, preparing reports,

and assisting in audit assignments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit procedures in accordance with approved audit programs.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate evidence to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Document audit findings and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Support senior auditors during audit fieldwork and testing.
• Assist in follow-up activities to monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all audit-related information.
• Stay updated on internal audit standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or finance.
• Good understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of audit software is a plus.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum 2-3 related working experience

Pay: RO500.000 - RO1,000.000 per month
